Join all your friends, fellow woodworkers and members of the public at the Annual Sawmill Picnic. All food will be provided for a cost of $10 per person, no need to bring a dish this year. The Guild will supply all the food necessary.
The public is invited, so feel free to invite your family and friends. You can register them and pay online
When you register, you'll be asked to specify the number of people in your party and you'll have the opportunity to pay for your meals online. You will also be asked for the number of logs you will bring to be sawn.
We will have a DJ and games (for younger folks). three legged races, seed spitting contest, cornhole.
We will have a chainsaw artist demonstrating his skills during the afternoon and evening. No show and tell this year, save your items for the July Meeting.
Sawing logs is for Members Only as in the past.
We'll start sawing around 2:30 or 3:00 PM. Dinner will be served around 6:00 PM.
Logs must fit the following criteria to be sawn:
8" - 30" in Diameter
4' - 8' in Length
Limit of two logs per member but you can go to the back of the line and take your chance there will be time to saw more before the end of the evening.
