Shop Modernization Program

With over 700 members, the Greenville Woodworkers Guild is one of the largest and most active woodworker’s guilds in the country and continues to grow. We focus our efforts on providing much needed support for over 40 charities by offering our Guild volunteers’ talents to create and build products such as furniture, cabinets, toys and other woodworking needs.

We have continuing mentoring classes for adults and youth to continue the art of woodworking. Included in the Guild activities is a monthly meeting featuring noted woodworkers and full day seminars during the year.

The facility is a 27,000 square foot that includes a woodworking shop, library filled with woodworking publications, meeting rooms, and a 300 seat auditorium.
Our mission is to:

  • Help our members become better woodworkers.
  • Elevate public knowledge in woodworking as an art.
  • Help charitable causes through our woodworking skills.
